- After your inquiry form is submitted the Pastoral Administrative Assistant will call you to schedule your first meeting with the priest.
- Next you will need to submit Baptismal certificates of both parties (even non-Catholics) issued no earlier than six months prior to the wedding to the Pastoral Administrative Assistant. Please contact the parish you were baptised for a recent copy of your Baptismal Certificates.
- Obtain a marriage license from the civil registrar's office, which includes the application of the two parties. Convalidation couples will need to provide a copy of their Civil Marriage License to the Pastoral Administrative Assistant.
- Complete Prenuptial Investigation Form A with a priest.
- Bride & Groom must complete Form B.
- Obtain certificate of completion of Diocesean Marriage Workshop.
- Meet with assigned St. Catherine of Siena Mentor Couple a minimum of three to five times over the course of six months.
- Obtain Declaration of Nullity, if previously married.
