To request use of a room, all applicants must complete the Room Reservation Form below, the English PDF, or Spanish PDF form and email it to [email protected]. As part of the application process, you must read our Facility Use Policies and agree to them.
Please allow staff 3-5 business days to review your request. Upon approval, you will receive a letter of confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: the room is not reserved until you receive an email from our communications specialist. If a requested room is unavailable, your event may be booked in an alternate room or you may be asked to choose another date. When reserving a classroom (a room in the Educational Building, Trinity Center, or Aquinas Center), staff will choose a classroom dependent upon need, availability, etc. Please see the Facility Use Policies for full details.
Please note: we reserve the right to cancel or change reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
