To request use of a room, all applicants must complete the Room Reservation Form below, the English PDF, or Spanish PDF form (email it to [email protected] or drop it by the church office). Please allow staff 3-5 business days to review your request. Upon approval, you will receive a letter of confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: the room is not reserved until you receive an email from our communications specialist. If a requested room is unavailable, your event may be booked in an alternate room or you may be asked to choose another date. When reserving a classroom (a room in the Educational Building, Trinity Center, or Aquinas Center), staff will choose a classroom dependent upon need, availability, etc. Please see the Facility Use Policies for full details.
