Baptism Preparation Class Registration

  Please fill out the form below if you would like to register for our monthly Baptism Preparation Class. Classes are generally offered on the first Sunday of the month at 1:15 pm in the school cafeteria. The class is intended for parents of children to be baptized, as well as godparents/sponsors. St. Catherine of Siena requires all parents and godparents to participate in a baptism preparation class prior to the baptism. The class needs to be retaken every five years.
  
  If you are a godparent, you will also need to fill out and return to the parish office the godparent form available here.
